Pigmentation

Pigmentation occurs when the skin produces an uneven amount of melanin, the natural pigment responsible for skin color, resulting in dark or light patches. Hyperpigmentation refers to areas of excess melanin, leading to dark spots, sunspots, melasma, or post-inflammatory marks left after acne, eczema, or injury.

Hypopigmentation, on the other hand, is the loss or reduction of melanin, causing lighter patches of skin, which can occur after injury, inflammation, or certain medical conditions. Pigmentation changes are often triggered by sun exposure, hormonal fluctuations, aging, skin trauma, or inflammation, making some areas more prone than others.

Professional treatments work by regulating melanin production, exfoliating dead skin cells, and encouraging skin renewal, while consistent use of medical-grade skincare and strict sun protection helps prevent further pigmentation issues, promoting a more even, balanced, and radiant complexion.

“I now don't want to use any other cleanser. Use it in the morning and evenings. It doesn't dry the skin and leaves it nicely clean.”

Nikolay Balushev

"I am very pleased with the treatments I have had with Second Age Beauty. I recently had an Endolift treatment on my chin and neck area and I am really happy with the results. My double chin is definitely reduced and the skin on my neck is noticeably tighter."

Sarann Swift

Amazing experiance with the endolift treatment performed by Dr Rohit. Even days after can see results. A week later look in the mirror and look much younger and skin is glowing and tighter. Best anti aging treatment I have had.
