How does the treatment work?
Endolift uses a special micro-optical fiber (thinner than a hair) that is inserted under the skin. The laser energy selectively melts small amounts of fat, tightens the skin, and stimulates the production of new collagen and elastin—all in a single procedure. The treatment is performed under local anesthesia and leaves no scars or stitches.

How does it feel during treatment?
The treatment is performed under local anaesthetic, so you won’t feel pain during the procedure. You may feel a slight warming sensation or mild tugging as the laser works under the skin.
How long does the treatment take?
The procedure typically takes 30 to 90 minutes depending on the area(s) being treated.
How many treatments will I need?
In most cases only one Endolift treatment is required to achieve noticeable and long-lasting results. However, depending on your age, skin condition, facial anatomy, and treatment goals, a second session may be recommended after 6-12 months for enhanced results.
What is the downtime?
One of the biggest advantages of Endolift is its minimal downtime. Most patients can return to their normal daily activities within 24 hours.
Immediately After Treatment:
- Mild swelling, redness, or bruising is common, especially in sensitive areas like the jawline or under the eyes. Swelling after Endolifting is usually mild to moderate and is a normal part of the healing process. Most patients notice that swelling begins to subside within 48 to 72 hours, with significant improvement by the end of the first week.
- Some tightness or tenderness may occur, but this typically resolves within a few days.
How should I prepare for the treatment?
For best results, follow these pre treatment steps:
- Avoid sun exposure for at least 1 week prior to treatment
- Stop use of strong skincare products and retinoids for 1 week before treatment
- Avoid blood-thinning medications such as aspirin or ibuprofen a few days before treatment
- Stay hydrated
What is the aftercare?
- Refrain from massaging or applying pressure to the treated area
- Wear a compression to reduce swelling
- Sleep elevated to help swelling
- Keep skin clean and dry for the first 24 hours
- Do not pick or scratch peeling skin - allow flakes to fall off naturally
- Moisturise skin regularly
- Avoid sun exposure for 2 weeks following treatment
- Apply SPF50+ daily
- Avoid applying makeup for 1 day
- Do not use harsh exfoliating products or retinoids whilst skin is healing
- Avoid hot showers, saunas and steamrooms for 2-5 days
- Stay hydrated - drink at least 2 litres of water daily
